Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Post-Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for Cancellation: If cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale, discount, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or share return instructions.
4. Refund Policy & Processing Time
- Quality Check: Returned products will be inspected upon arrival.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchange / Replacement
- Dispatch: Replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days after approval.
- Delivery: Delivery will take 3–8 business days depending on location.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
