Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NYNA (operated by NYNA FASHION STORE). Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International Shipping: May be available at additional charges. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5 to 8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
  • COD: Available in selected locations. Additional charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

5. Undelivered Orders & Damaged Packages

  • Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply. Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
  • Damaged Packages: If the package appears damaged, do not accept delivery. If accepted, notify us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video.
